Local Delivery Guidance
Velvet Rose uses the current approved ZIP list as the executable online delivery boundary. The 35-mile Smyrna description is general service-area guidance, not a guarantee that every geometric address is eligible. Availability is confirmed through the current ordering process or directly by Velvet Rose and can vary by date, address, product, destination, and operating capacity.
Same-Day And Scheduled Delivery
Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for approved local delivery ZIP codes. Standard delivery is $0.00 inside the approved ZIP area. Same-day delivery adds $3.99. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM CT same-day cutoff can still be accepted when capacity allows, with an urgent same-day fee shown before payment.
Scheduled delivery dates are also subject to product availability and destination access. Customers may select an eligible date, but a specific arrival time is not guaranteed unless Velvet Rose expressly confirms it by phone.
Future-date ordering remains available. Weekend same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Sunday and holiday orders may require manual confirmation, urgent service depends on current capacity, and exact delivery timing is not guaranteed without written confirmation. Online ordering availability does not itself guarantee delivery availability.
Service Area And Fees
Delivery eligibility is based on the complete recipient address, the current approved ZIP list, and current operating availability. City, neighborhood, and 35-mile descriptions are general service-area guidance and do not guarantee that every address is eligible on every date.
Final total, including applicable fees, is shown before payment. Standard delivery, same-day delivery fee, service fees, urgent same-day fee when applicable, taxes, discounts, rewards, optional tips, any applicable card surcharge, and the final order total are disclosed through checkout before payment.
Complete And Accurate Addresses
Please provide the recipient's full name, street address, unit or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, working phone number, and any useful access instructions. For gated, secured, multi-unit, campus, or office destinations, include the building, department, room, floor, company, gate, or front-desk details that the destination requires.
If information is missing or cannot be confirmed, Velvet Rose may contact the customer. A delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, redirected where authorized, or otherwise handled according to the circumstances.
Hospitals And Care Facilities
Before ordering, confirm the recipient's full legal name, facility name, address, room or unit when permitted, and whether the facility currently accepts flower deliveries. Some units restrict flowers, plants, glass, or outside deliveries. Facility staff may route an accepted delivery to a desk or internal distribution point.
Velvet Rose is not an official partner of a hospital or care facility unless specifically stated with current proof.
Hotels, Funeral Homes And Other Destinations
For hotels, include the guest's reservation name and arrival information when available, and confirm that the front desk can accept the delivery. For funeral homes or memorial services, include the deceased's name, service time, visitation details, and funeral-home information. Offices, schools, universities, venues, and secured buildings may require additional access details.
Destination rules and acceptance decisions belong to each facility. A page or guide mentioning a destination does not claim a partnership or guarantee acceptance.
If The Recipient Is Unavailable
Depending on the address, weather, product, access, safety, and destination rules, a delivery may be left with an authorized person or reception desk, placed in a reasonably safe location, or returned for follow-up. Velvet Rose may contact the customer or recipient when practical. Additional handling or a new delivery attempt may require coordination and could involve an additional charge where appropriate.
Seasonal Availability And Substitutions
Flowers and keepsake items can vary with season, supply, and demand. When substitution is necessary, we aim to maintain the arrangement's overall style, theme, color direction, and value using available materials. For designs centered on a single flower type, we will make a reasonable effort to preserve the flower type and may substitute another color when needed.
Weather, Holidays And Peak Dates
Weather, traffic, road conditions, supply constraints, destination closures, weekends, and high-volume holidays can affect product availability and delivery timing. Sunday and holiday orders may require manual confirmation. Ordering early is recommended for peak dates. Current availability and any date-specific limitations are confirmed through the current storefront or by Velvet Rose.
