Products, Photos And Floral Variation
Flowers and plants are natural products. Colors, shapes, varieties, containers, wrapping, and seasonal materials may vary from photographs. Product images represent the overall style and value of an arrangement, not a guarantee that every stem or detail will be identical.
When an item is unavailable, a substitution may be necessary. We aim to preserve the arrangement's overall style, theme, color direction, and value where reasonably possible. For single-flower designs, we will try to preserve the flower type and may use a different available color when necessary.
Pricing, Fees And Taxes
Current product prices, applicable delivery or service fees, taxes, optional tips, card-related disclosures, discounts, and the total charge are shown through the current ordering process when applicable. Prices and availability may change before an order is completed. Legacy prices, delivery fees, and payment-method claims from a former storefront do not control this site.
Customer Information And Authorization
The customer is responsible for accurate sender, recipient, address, phone, email, destination, access, and delivery-instruction information. The customer must be authorized to provide recipient information and to use the selected payment method. Incomplete or incorrect information can delay or prevent fulfillment and may require customer contact.
Delivery And Pickup
Delivery and pickup availability depend on the service area, address eligibility, destination rules, product availability, operational capacity, weather, peak dates, and the ordering cutoff applicable at that time. Same-day service is available only when offered and accepted through the current ordering process or confirmed by Velvet Rose.
Unless Velvet Rose expressly confirms otherwise, a particular delivery time is not guaranteed. Hospitals, hotels, funeral homes, universities, offices, secured buildings, and similar destinations may have their own acceptance, access, identification, or routing requirements. Velvet Rose does not claim partnership with those destinations.

Cancellations, Refunds And Order Issues
Fresh and custom floral products are perishable and prepared for a specific order. Cancellation, refund, replacement, and order-issue requests are handled under the current Return Policy. Contact Velvet Rose promptly if an order requires attention. Submission of a request does not itself guarantee cancellation or refund.
Third-Party Services And Liability
The site may depend on third-party services such as payment processing, hosting, mapping, email, analytics, and delivery-related tools. Availability can be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velvet Rose is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruption, inaccurate customer information, destination refusal, weather, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
